It’s just a fact of life, you are not going to convert every contact into an immediate sale. You can, however, turn every contact into an immediate lesson. Teach them what your product/service is, teach them how you are different, teach them what they need. If they do happen to go with a competitor and are unhappy, then you’ve planted the seed that will eventually blossom into a sale when they return to you.
